Provider Agreement

1. Parties

This Provider Agreement is entered into between PetConnect (Zapwallet Services), accessible at pet.zapwallet.in, and the registered service provider (“Provider”).

2. Platform Nature

PetConnect is a marketplace platform that connects pet owners with service providers. The platform does not own or control services and acts only as an intermediary.

3. Provider Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and updated information
• Deliver services professionally and safely
• Honor all confirmed bookings
• Comply with applicable laws

4. Bookings & Service Delivery

Providers must accept/reject bookings promptly and deliver services on time. Failure may result in suspension or reduced visibility.

5. Payments & Escrow

All payments are collected by PetConnect and held securely until service completion. Payment will be released only after successful service delivery.

A 3% platform fee will be deducted before payout to the provider.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 21 working days depending on payment gateway and banking timelines.

• Full refund for early cancellations
• Partial refund for mid-time cancellations
• No refund for last-minute cancellations

7. GST & Tax

Providers are responsible for their own tax compliance including GST filings and invoicing. PetConnect is not responsible for provider tax obligations.

8. Ratings & Reviews

Customers may leave reviews. Providers must not manipulate ratings or post fake reviews.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Bypassing platform payments
• Misusing customer data
• Providing false services
• Engaging in illegal activities

10. Data Protection

Customer data must be used only for service purposes and must not be shared or misused.

11. Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, fraud, or poor service.

12. Dispute Resolution

PetConnect will mediate disputes and its decision shall be final and binding.

13. Indemnity

The Provider agrees to indemnify PetConnect against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from service delivery or legal violations.

14. Limitation of Liability

PetConnect is not liable for service quality or provider conduct. Liability is limited to the amount paid.

15. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Indian law with jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

16. Acceptance

By registering, the Provider agrees to all terms of this agreement.
